Background & Training
Dr. Brigette Dean-Hines is very excited to offer a fresh take on an old idea in veterinary services! Innovative, convenient, and personalized care are the cornerstones of her state-of-the art mobile practice to her patients in her hometown. Her love of animals began in childhood, and was further developed while growing up on a farm in Simpsonville, KY.
After participating in student government at Sacred Heart Academy, she sang ‘Rocky Top’ for four years at The University of Tennessee. Dr. Hines graduated from veterinary school in 2009 from St. Matthews University on beautiful Grand Cayman Island, and completed her clinical year at the University of Florida in Gainesville. After that, she practiced in Oldham county for 5 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Hines truly loves being a veterinarian, and especially enjoys internal medicine, geriatric health, and pain management for our fur babies.
Dr. Hines is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association, Greater Louisville Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Feline Practitioners, and The American Association of Mobile Practitioners.
